This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed with Filipino Fiesta NL.
Shipping & Delivery
We aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Delivery times provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, ownership and risk of loss pass to the customer.
Frozen Products – Delivery at Customer’s Risk
Frozen products are packed with care and appropriate materials. However, delivery of frozen items is entirely at the customer’s own risk.
We cannot guarantee that frozen products will remain fully frozen upon delivery due to factors outside our control, including carrier delays, delivery schedules, or external temperatures.
Changes in condition of frozen products after dispatch do not qualify for refunds or returns.
Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate. Filipino Fiesta NL is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery, additional shipping costs may apply.
Returns (Summary)
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving the order, in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

After inspection of the returned items, an approved refund will be processed for the returned products only. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
