Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at info@filipinofiesta.nl. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, including but not limited to:
Frozen food items
Perishable goods, such as food products
Items that have been opened or used
Sale items and gift cards
Custom or personalized products
Personal care products (e.g. beauty items)
Food items may only be returned if they are unopened, undamaged, and non-frozen.
If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before sending it back.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item (if eligible). Once your return is approved, you can place a new order separately.
European Union – 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without giving any reason.
This right does not apply to frozen or perishable goods, in accordance with EU consumer law.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
